This is more than a dance party: it's a prayer in motion. Facilitated by artists and musicians with deep roots in medicine journeys, sound healing, and live performance, our dances are curated as intentional, wave-like journeys that honor both the body and spirit.
We dance under the sky, on the sand, with silent disco headphones and a community of all ages. This is a family-friendly space: parents, children, and elders are all welcome to move together.
Ecstatic Dance is a container where you can fully express yourself, shake loose what no longer serves, and tap into joy, release, and inspiration through music, movement, and community.
Our Guidelines

🦶 Be Grounded. Barefoot on the earth (or soft dance slippers).
