Integration Tools
Ceremony Integration Tips:
In our community, we put strong emphasis on the importance of integration. Integration is gathering the tools and lessons from your experience, recalling them and applying them to your everyday life. The collective intention for these gatherings is to expand our awareness and embody our most authentic selves, so we may do our work on this planet. Developing a daily practice, a daily reminder, a daily ritual for yourself is intrinsic to your healing path. It's important that you choose methods that work best for you, practices that are sustainable and meaningful to you. These practices may change over time as you grow and change, but the key is commitment to yourself and your growth.

-
Stay Connected to Nature: Spend time outdoors daily, letting the elements nourish and ground you. Nature has a unique way of helping us process and integrate these experiences.
-
Take a Break from Overstimulation: For the next week (or longer), minimize exposure to overly stimulating environments, social media, and technology. This will help you maintain the spaciousness needed for reflection and processing.
-
Create New Habits: Now is an ideal time to integrate positive changes, like a supportive diet or a nourishing morning practice. Keeping your lessons alive requires consistent, gentle care.
-
Compassionate Self-Care: Be gentle with yourself. Honor your body’s needs for rest, nourishment, and emotional release. Integration is a journey of self-love and compassion, so treat yourself with patience.
-
Sacred Space: Dedicate a space in your home for reflection and prayer. Decorate it with objects that remind you of your experience, such as artwork, plants or meaningful symbols.
-
Practice Discernment: As your awareness expands, discern what serves your highest good and what may need to be released from your life. This could be relationships, habits, or environments that no longer align with your path.
-
Community Connection: Stay connected with others who understand your journey. Join integration circles, community meetups, or express yourself creatively with like-minded souls to share and process your experiences.
We will add you to our Harmala Temple Facebook group following your first gathering so you may ask questions, maintain support, or give offerings and insight to the community.
Ceremony Integration Tips:
MUSIC
We have created a Sacred Gatherings Spotify Playlist with meditation, mantra and medicine music to aid you in your integration. The Playlist includes some of our favorite artists (some of who are part of this community!) teachers and songs we've heard and played in ceremony.
YOGA & MEDITATION
Kundalini Yoga for Integration
Malia would love to share her Kundalini Connection online program with you. Kundalini Yoga has been her favorite practice for integration because of how its movement, meditation, and sound work together to induce a similar dream-like state to our journeys. This practice can be a powerful way to embody your insights and stay aligned with your purpose. Discover more and join the monthly or yearly membership here:
