The event on September 10th will include guided meditation, holotropic breathwork, soundbath and live music. Plant-Based treats and herbal tea will be served at the end for further connection and decompression.  We hope to be able to include massage and hands on adjustments very soon! But right now we will stick to massaging the brain, heart and lungs ;-).
