The event on Wednesday October 14th will include an intentional kava offering, a non-alcoholic, subtly psychoactive beverage made from the ground root of the pepper plant family that induces feeling of well-being and relaxation, yin and restorative yoga, soundbath and live music. Plant-Based treats and herbal tea will be served at the end for further connection and decompression.  We hope to be able to include massage and hands on adjustments very soon! But right now we will stick to self-massaging the muscles and connective tissue with asana, and massaging the brain, heart and lungs with music and Spirit ;-).
