Danny Byrne, Malia Carvalho and Chelsea Anne invite you to our Kava Ceremony!

The event on Wednesday October 14th will include an intentional kava offering, a non-alcoholic, subtly psychoactive beverage made from the ground root of the pepper plant family that induces feeling of well-being and relaxation, yin and restorative yoga, soundbath and live music. Plant-Based treats and herbal tea will be served at the end for further connection and decompression.  We hope to be able to include massage and hands on adjustments very soon! But right now we will stick to self-massaging the muscles and connective tissue with asana, and massaging the brain, heart and lungs with music and Spirit ;-).

*8 gatherers maximum for this event in respect to social distancing.

*You may arrive at 6:30 to get cozy

*Contribution for this event is $50 in advance to hold your spot via Venmo: @sacred-gatherings

*Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, something soft to put under your head that is thinner than a pillow (a sweatshirt or towel will do) and eye cover if you wish (we will have a few here)

We are holding these intimate events of just 6-10 maximum gatherers (depending on the event) one Wednesday or Thursday evening per month and they vary in what they include: meditation, live music & yogic instruments, massage (when appropriate), energy work and yin and restorative yoga postures for relaxation and rebalancing.  We may add more variety and more events per month as we evaluate the demand.

We feature rotating guides who we love! Special events may include Cacao or Kava Kava served with prayer and intention.

All ages and levels welcome!

These gatherings are a beautiful experience if you are just beginning your yoga and meditation journey or if you have been practicing for decades.

Allow yourself to surrender, unravel and receive fully!  We can't wait to unite <3.
