A 50% deposit is due to reserve your spot. A minimum of 6 gatherers is needed for this retreat to run, and a maximum of 10 gatherers will be accepted. Any deposits made will be fully refundable if the minimum is not met. In the event that you can not make the retreat due to unforseeable circumstances, deposits will be refundable until January 14th. After January 14th, deposits will only be refunded if we can find someone to fill your spot. Thank you for understanding!

After we have received your forms, room request and deposit, we will follow up with a questionnaire regarding your dietary needs and yogic lifestyle to best cater this experience to you and all of our gatherers!
