We invite you to our new monthly Soundbath Meditations and Yoga Concerts! 

The event on July 16th will include guided meditation, breathwork, soundbath and live music. Plant-Based treats and herbal tea will be served at the end for further connection and decompression.  We hope to be able to include massage and hands on adjustments very soon! But right now we will stick to massaging the brain, heart and lungs ;-).

*8 gatherers maximum for this event in respect to social distancing.  

*You may arrive at 6:15 to get cozy so we may begin on time at 6:30

We will begin holding these intimate events of just 6-10 maximum gatherers (depending on the event) one Thursday evening per month and they will vary in what they will include: meditation, live music & yogic instruments, massage (when appropriate), energy work and yin and restorative yoga postures for relaxation and rebalancing.  We may add more variety and more events per month as we evaluate the demand. 

We will feature rotating guides who we love! Special events may include Cacao or Kava Kava served with prayer and intention.

All ages and levels welcome!

These gatherings are a beautiful experience if you are just beginning your yoga and meditation journey or if you have been practicing for decades.
